Job Vacancy: Procurement Lead Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Lead Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, ensuring value for money, compliance with policies, and effective supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all procurement processes from planning to contract award
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory procurement requirements
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor procurement performance and manage risks
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the procurement team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in procurement, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
