Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy plan tailored to a high-end hospitality project.
  • Manage the full procurement and tendering process from pre-qualification through to contract award.
  • Pre-qualify and shortlist specialist subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with design and site supervision teams to prepare comprehensive tender packages.
  • Administer the tender process in alignment with the construction program and site requirements.
  • Conduct detailed tender analysis, including commercial and technical evaluations.
  • Prepare post-tender clarifications and lead contract negotiations.
  • Draft conditions of contract and collate all related documentation (Specifications, Drawings, BOQ).
  • Manage and oversee the procurement and tender team, including cost consultants.
  • Review tender packages for completeness, coordination, compliance, and quality.
  • Ensure adherence to authority and operator requirements.
  • Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as required.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of total experience in the role.
  • At least 10 years of direct experience in procurement and tendering for hospitality projects.
  • Minimum 7+ years of UAE-based project experience.
  • Strong negotiation and administrative skills.
  • RICS accreditation is highly desirable.
