Procurement Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring that materials and services are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management, contract negotiation, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels using MRP and ERP systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address supply chain issues and improve procurement efficiency.
• Oversee supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality management standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to enhance category management and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions.

Experience

• Proven experience in procurement management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems related to supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with logistics, materials management, production planning, and quality management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
