Job Summary:
Oversee and manage all procurement operations for interior and construction projects ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing and quality materials to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Identify, evaluate & maintain vendor and supplier relationships.

  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.

  • Coordinate with project, design, and finance teams to forecast material needs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment as per project schedule.

  • Review and approve purchase orders, quotations, and tenders.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.

  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ERP records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor s in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial preferred)

  • 5+ years experience as Procurement Manager in interior/construction field

  • Strong in vendor management, sourcing & cost negotiation

  • Arabic-speaking candidates preferred

  • Proficient in ERP systems & MS Office

  • Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills
