Procurement Manager

A Real Estate Land Procurement Manager identifies, evaluates, and acquires land for development projects by conducting market research, performing due diligence, and negotiating purchases with landowners and brokers. Key responsibilities include coordinating with legal and government teams to ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements, managing land records, and developing relationships with stakeholders to source new opportunities. Key responsibilities

• Land identification and evaluation: Identify suitable land parcels for development, conduct site visits, and perform feasibility assessments.
• Due diligence: Perform thorough due diligence, including title searches, and review land-related documents to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries, and coordinate with legal teams to draft and review contracts.
• Regulatory compliance: Coordinate with government agencies and local authorities for necessary permits, clearances, and approvals, and stay updated on zoning laws.
• Stakeholder management: Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, legal counsel, and other key stakeholders.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate land records, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents, and update management information systems (MIS).
• Market analysis: Conduct market research to support acquisition decisions, track property market trends, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in real estate acquisition, development, or procurement, with a strong understanding of real estate laws and contract management.
• Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and project management tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
