We are seeking a highly qualified Procurement Manager located in our Grapevine, TX 76051 office. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a team of buyers and sourcing agents to drive procurement operations, vendor performance, and inventory efficiency across multiple U.S. distribution facilities. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, SKU-diverse environment ideal for a hands-on, people-centered leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for team development and process improvement. Responsibilities:.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process including planning, sourcing, negotiation..
  • Evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure best value and quality of products and services.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to develop and support procurement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to inform purchasing decisions and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand their purchasing

  • Perform internal inventory transfers
  • Develop measures to monitor vendor performance and implement strategies to address underperformance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience required in purchasing or procurement
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Manager
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Proficient in using procurement software and systems. SAP Business One a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of vendor managed inventory (VMI) programs
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Lead and motivate a team of purchasing professionals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
