Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials and services required for interior fit-out projects. The role demands strong supplier market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in ensuring cost-effective and timely material delivery. This role requires a solid understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery fabrication, and market rates within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for materials, finishes, and subcontracted services related to interior fit-out projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain a network of reliable suppliers and vendors for joinery, metal, glass, upholstery, lighting, and other fit-out materials.
• Source and procure materials as per approved samples, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Negotiate best pricing, quality, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency without compromising standards.
• Coordinate closely with the design, project, and production teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines.
• Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring proper documentation and supplier follow-up.
• Maintain an updated database of supplier contacts, price lists, and lead times.
• Oversee material delivery and inspection in coordination with the warehouse and site teams.
• Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Support management with cost tracking, budgeting, and procurement planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier markets and materials (wood, laminates, veneers, hardware, paints, lighting, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and ERP or procurement software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
