Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fit-Out Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to fit-out projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, vendor management, and cost control to support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to fit-out projects.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for fit-out materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials in line with project schedules.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and project budgets to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and UAE regulations.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, contracts, and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing for fit-out materials and finishes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven procurement experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out projects.
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, vendors, and market practices in the UAE.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
