Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to manage purchasing activities supporting our manufacturing and medical equipment operations. The role involves supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase coordination, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement aligned with project and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for manufacturing and medical equipment supplies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and equipment in line with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and finance teams.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, delivery, or pricing issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and Free Zone requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing, medical equipment, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Experience with imports, exports, and international sourcing.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
