Job Title: Procurement Manager – Contracting Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing contracting company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and contracting procurement, with proven experience managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company requirements
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage procurement for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted works
• Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and UAE regulations
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the contracting or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction market and suppliers
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Experience working in Dubai is mandatory
