
Job Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development
-
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the supply chain market in assigned overseas regions to identify potential strategic suppliers.

Lead the full cycle of new supplier sourcing, evaluation, audit, onboarding and nomination.

Establish and continuously expand the overseas local qualified supplier pool to reduce reliance on single-source supply.

Understand and drive the localization process, transferring existing supply from domestic or other regions to overseas local suppliers.

Procurement & Supplier Management
-
Be responsible for procurement of assigned categories (e.g., stamping parts, injection molding parts, electronic components, standard parts, etc.), including inquiry, quotation analysis, price negotiation and contract signing.

Lead annual cost-down negotiations, develop and implement cost-reduction plans to achieve cost control targets.

Take full ownership of supplier performance management (QCDS: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service) and conduct regular supplier performance reviews.

Build and maintain healthy, stable and mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with suppliers.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management

As the procurement representative, participate deeply in new product development (APQP/PPAP), deliver on procurement scope to ensure new projects are completed on time and with required quality.

Cooperate closely with overseas plants, quality, logistics, engineering and other teams to quickly respond to and resolve procurement, incoming quality and delivery issues in production.

Coordinate internal demands, issue forecasts and purchase orders to suppliers, and track delivery to ensure continuous production.

Supply Chain Risk Control & Compliance

Continuously monitor potential risks in the overseas local supply chain (e.g., political, economic, natural disasters, supplier financial status, etc.) and develop contingency plans.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with the company’s Code of Business Conduct and local laws and regulations.

Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), procurement contracts and technical agreements with suppliers to protect company interests.

Market & Cost Analysis

Collect and analyze data on raw material price fluctuations, exchange rate changes, industry trends, etc., to support procurement decisions and cost estimation.

Establish and maintain Should-Cost Models to strengthen negotiation capabilities.
Job Requirements

Professional competence, communication and coordination skills, and foreign language proficiency to support successful business negotiations.

Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint for work reporting.

Good holistic view and strong logical analysis ability.

Overseas study or work experience is preferred; English proficiency for working language is required.
