Procurement Manager

PBS Construction Services Inc is looking for a proactive and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll oversee our procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure materials and services are delivered on time and within budget all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our company goals
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to build reliable, high-quality partnerships
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best pricing and terms
• Track orders, manage purchase workflows, and keep documentation organized using ERP or procurement tools
• Work closely with project teams to coordinate materials and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Analyze procurement processes to identify improvements and prevent supply disruptions
• Stay up to date with market trends and pricing to make informed sourcing decisions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships
• Comfortable working with ERP systems or procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills to identify and solve procurement challenges
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote environment
• Experience in construction or related industries is a plus, but not required

Pay: $64,455.46 - $68,828.09 per year
