Procurement Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to manage purchasing activities, identify new suppliers, and maintain accurate stock records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability, monitoring market rates, and maintaining proper stock control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source new suppliers/companies for required products
  • Conduct market research to compare rates, quality, and availability
  • Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
  • Manage purchasing processes and ensure timely procurement
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update stock sheets regularly
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
  • Perform regular stock checks and maintain proper check & balance
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation of purchases and inventory records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of market research and vendor management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Onsite (Lahore)
  • Schedule: 9-hour shift (including break), 6 days per week

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
