Job Opening: Procurement Manager – Interior Design & Fit‑Out (Female Preferred)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in interior design, joinery, and fit‑out procurement. The ideal candidate will lead the full procurement cycle—supplier sourcing, negotiation, material finalization, cost control, and vendor management—ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery for all design and fit‑out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement for interior design, joinery, MEP, and fit‑out materials.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, subcontractors, and specialty vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and long‑term contracts.
• Prepare and review BOQs, material lists, cost sheets, and comparison statements.
• Coordinate closely with designers, project managers, site teams, and QS to ensure material accuracy.
• Ensure all materials meet quality, specification, and project standards.
• Track and monitor procurement schedules, ensuring timely delivery to site.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and build a reliable supplier network.
• Oversee purchase orders, LPOs, invoices, and documentation as per company policy.
• Implement cost‑saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in procurement within interior design, joinery, or fit‑out companies in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, joinery items, lighting, sanitary, and fit‑out components.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor‑management skills.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination skills with design and site teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement workflows.
• Female candidates preferred due to client-facing and coordination requirements.
• Must be presentable, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
