Procurement Manager (Arabic & English Speaker)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in luxury villa and high-end construction projects to lead and manage all procurement operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, maintain high-quality standards, and build strategic supplier relationships to support project success.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and company objectives.
• Source and prequalify suppliers and subcontractors specialized in luxury villa construction, landscaping, and swimming pool works.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
• Review and approve purchase orders, subcontracts, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in line with project schedules.
• Manage and resolve procurement-related issues including delays, discrepancies, and claims.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the procurement team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in luxury villas, high-end residential, landscaping, and pool projects (MANDATORY).
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier market and construction materials.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
