Procurement Manager – Architectural

A leading construction company is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced professional for the position of:

Procurement Manager – Architectural

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement.

Overall professional experience of at least 13 years in the construction industry.

Proven experience working on large-scale projects, such as:

Shopping malls

Cinemas

High-rise towers and commercial complexes

Strong knowledge of the construction sector and local/international supplier markets.

Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract and vendor management.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals.

Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services.

Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value.

Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Prepare regular reports on procurement activities for senior management.
