Position: Procurement Manager – Commercial & Interior (C&I) Fitout Projects

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 years in C&I or commercial real estate fitout projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for interior and fitout packages (civil, architectural finishes, furniture, finishes, etc.).
• Float tenders, manage vendor communications, conduct bid evaluations, and prepare commercial comparatives.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with design, project management, and finance teams to finalize vendors and issue purchase/work orders.
• Maintain and update the approved vendor list; conduct vendor assessment and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely procurement to align with project schedules and budget targets.
• Monitor procurement KPIs including cost savings, vendor compliance, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE – Civil)
• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Project Management preferred

Key Skills:

• Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of BOQs, fitout specifications, and tender documentation
• Familiarity with D&B project workflows
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
