Procurement Manager (Construction / Real Estate)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for construction and real estate projects in Dubai. The role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving cost efficiencies in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and business goals
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, contract negotiation, and performance
• Control procurement budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations and company policies
• Lead and develop the procurement team and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 7–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in construction / real estate projects in the UAE or Middle East
• CIPS (Level 4 or above) or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
