Procurement Manager - Contracting/Construction experience

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in the construction/contracting industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for construction projects from start to finish
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
• Monitor procurement schedules to support project timelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within contracting/construction companies
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of construction materials and UAE market rates
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
