Procurement Manager –Responsibilities

  • Source and manage suppliers for exhibition materials, fabrication, AV, logistics, and installation services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to ensure cost-effective, high-quality procurement.
  • Develop project-specific procurement plans aligned with production schedules and event timelines.
  • Oversee budgets, purchase orders, and cost control across multiple exhibitions.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with safety, quality, and venue regulations.
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, logistics, and international shipments for event materials.
  • Conduct supplier audits and optimize procurement processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
