Key Responsibilities
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate complex purchasing agreements, service contracts, and vendor terms to secure the best value for money.
- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards for materials and services.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor procurement spending, create, and manage budgets to reduce overall expenditures and prevent cost overruns.
- Risk Mitigation: Evaluate potential supply chain risks, such as shortages or price volatility, and develop contingency plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in procurement, construction management, or supply chain management within the real estate sector.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, vendor sourcing, and contracting legalities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
