Sourcing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Sourcing Manager. This individual will manage and coordinate the efforts of our Sourcing department, evaluating and resolving all issues relevant to Sourcing-related operations. The ideal candidate for this position should excel at managing a heavy workload within a high energy and fast-paced office environment with grace and a calm demeanor, while simultaneously directing and providing guidance to more junior members of the Sourcing department. Day-to-day duties include managing the development and production process, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional partners, and overseeing in-house libraries related to critically important Sourcing materials.

The Sourcing Manager will report to the Vice President - Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the development and production process.
• Evaluate and resolve issues related to technical feasibility, design optimization, and production.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that labeling and marketing/promotional literature match product specifications.
• Foster and maintain a positive relationship with current customers and identify potential new customers.
• Research and monitor industry developments, identifying and suggesting potential new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to establish and implement design, technology, product development, and vendor strategies.
• Manage project budgets and prepare financial analysis reports for top management/C-suite members.
• Direct and provide guidance to more junior members of the Sourcing department.

Ideal Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business or a related field a big plus.
• 5+ years’ experience sourcing from India
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Prior experience working in B2B consumer goods and electronics a huge plus.
• Ability to retain impeccable knowledge of department procedures and processes.
• Willingness and eagerness to occasionally make international business trips.
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Detail oriented.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
