Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for infrastructure construction projects.
- Handle procurement of materials, equipment, subcontract packages, and services related to water, sewerage, and substation projects.
- Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure accurate procurement planning.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, estimation, project, and finance teams to ensure timely material delivery and project support.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, project requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain procurement schedules and support project execution timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. MOHESR Equivalency required.
- Minimum 10–15 years of procurement experience in EPC/infrastructure construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in Water & Sewerage Pipeline Projects and Electricity Substation Projects
- Strong knowledge of local UAE/GCC supplier market.
- Experience in procurement of mechanical, electrical, civil, and infrastructure-related materials.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement reporting tools.
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
