Procurement Manager (Infrastructure EPC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for infrastructure construction projects.
  • Handle procurement of materials, equipment, subcontract packages, and services related to water, sewerage, and substation projects.
  • Review project specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure accurate procurement planning.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, estimation, project, and finance teams to ensure timely material delivery and project support.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, project requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain procurement schedules and support project execution timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. MOHESR Equivalency required.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of procurement experience in EPC/infrastructure construction projects.
  • Mandatory experience in Water & Sewerage Pipeline Projects and Electricity Substation Projects
  • Strong knowledge of local UAE/GCC supplier market.
  • Experience in procurement of mechanical, electrical, civil, and infrastructure-related materials.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement reporting tools.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
