Procurement Manager - Jewellery

India

Company Profile: The Organization is a leading manufacturer of Jewellery designs, headquartered in Mumbai since over 30 years and supplying to their B2B and B2C clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to align with business goals and optimize purchasing power.
  • Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and execute supplier contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance against delivery, cost, and quality criteria; resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and manage procurement MIS and budgets and track cost savings initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, finance, and inventory teams) to forecast future procurement needs.
  • Review and approve purchase orders
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, company policy, and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to foster collaboration and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed buying decisions.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activity, supplier performance, and cost reductions.
  • Lead and develop procurement team members; provide training and guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
