About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with a strong background in construction contracting and real estate development . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensure timely sourcing, and maintain cost-effective vendor relationships to support ongoing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement for construction materials, services, and subcontractors.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements.
• Work closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement needs.
• Maintain updated supplier databases and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience in construction / real estate development .
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE market suppliers and construction materials.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
