Procurement Officer
As a public entity entrusted with spending taxpayer money, prioritizing prudent spending and adherence to laws governing procurement as a Procurement Officer with North Dakota Health and Human Services' Finance Division. The Procurement Officer role is integral to ensuring efficient and transparent procurement processes.
As a
Procurement Officer
, you will spend your days collaborating with and providing expert assistance and advice to team members on procurement procedures, laws, and guidelines. You will have an eye for detail, and review, proof, and approve procurement solicitations, ensuring compliance with regulations. You will address procurement-related issues, as well as maintain procurement files according to regulatory requirements. You will act as a liaison with the State Procurement Office and other stakeholders and develop and deliver formal training sessions on procurement practices and regulations for HHS team members.

, you must have a bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience in procurement.

: ND HHS utilizes a blended workplace model. This position may work remotely from within North Dakota with the ability to travel to Bismarck, ND for meetings.
