Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and sales teams to align procurement with demand forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust procurement plans based on market trends and business needs.
  • Analyze demand patterns and historical data to support accurate forecasting and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, with a solid understanding of demand planning.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel (knowledge of SAP/Oracle is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
