Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production plans to determine material needs, factoring in stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and technical spare parts for accurate forecasting.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, issue RFQs, negotiate contracts, and create purchase orders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to assess technical specifications for machinery and spare parts purchases.
• Oversee logistics, receipt, and inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with purchase orders.
• Conduct monthly stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in supply chain operations within a relevant industry.
• Candidates must have Technical knowledge of Machinery and Tools.
• Must have vendor knowledge and good Negotiable Skills
