Responsibilities

  • Create and manage project-specific items in ERP.
  • Monitor and compare budget allocations in ERP against actual expenses.
  • Evaluate supplier quotations and compare options from multiple suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) based on supplier quotations and project site requirements.
  • Request and coordinate cheque issuance from Accounts in line with LPOs.
  • Send LPOs and cheque copies to suppliers and manage delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics coordinator or directly with suppliers.
  • Conduct cash purchases from the market independently or with logistics coordinator, and prepare related LPOs and Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
  • Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers, labor providers, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare GRNs for outstanding LPOs and verify Tax Invoices, Delivery Notes, and LPOs before submission to Accounts.
  • Close Material Request Forms (MRFs) and LPOs in ERP.
  • Organize and file LPOs, Delivery Notes, and GRN copies.
  • Complete and submit new supplier credit applications.
  • Conduct weekly visits to suppliers and project sites with logistics coordinator.

Requirements

  • Education : Any bachelor's degree
  • Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in UAE in the Landscape and Waterscape industry.
