Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and façade-related materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to optimize quality, price, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with local and international vendors.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with project, design, and production teams to ensure material requirements are met.
• Track order status, follow up on deliveries, and ensure compliance with project timelines.
• Monitor market trends, material availability, and cost fluctuations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in aluminium, glass, façade, or metal fabrication procurement (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass types, hardware, and related materials.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
