Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, materials, and market pricing. The ideal candidate will manage the full procurement cycle for MEP materials, equipment and subcontract services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select MEP suppliers and subcontractors within the UAE.
• Prepare and send RFQs; collect, analyze and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and contract conditions.
• Prepare purchase orders (LPOs) and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers and site teams for material requirements.
• Maintain vendor database, price lists and purchase records.
• Ensure all materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Track shipments, logistics and store requirements as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP procurement.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, equipment and UAE supplier network.
• Experience in construction, contracting or MEP companies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
