Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, including sourcing, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract award.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.

Conduct supplier market research to identify potential vendors, assess capabilities, and maintain up-to-date supplier information.

Support development of category strategies through spend analysis, stakeholder input, and supply market insights.

Coordinate with internal departments to clarify technical specifications, delivery schedules, and procurement requirements.

Prepare procurement documentation such as tender dossiers, evaluation reports, purchase orders, and contract drafts.

Participate in contract negotiations to secure best-value terms, pricing structures, and service levels.

Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.

Maintain accurate procurement records and support audit readiness.

Provide guidance to Procurement Officers and Senior Officers as needed.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost savings, and process standardization.
