Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, including sourcing, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract award.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct supplier market research to identify potential vendors, assess capabilities, and maintain up-to-date supplier information.
  • Support development of category strategies through spend analysis, stakeholder input, and supply market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to clarify technical specifications, delivery schedules, and procurement requirements.
  • Prepare procurement documentation such as tender dossiers, evaluation reports, purchase orders, and contract drafts.
  • Participate in contract negotiations to secure best-value terms, pricing structures, and service levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance, address issues, and contribute to supplier performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support audit readiness.
  • Provide guidance to Procurement Officers and Senior Officers as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost savings, and process standardization.
