Job Title: Procurement Officer

Industry: Auto Spare Parts Distribution
Location: Vyttila , Ernakulam
Salary: 20K-25K

Job Responsibilities:

• Procure auto spare parts as per sales and stock requirements
• Identify and coordinate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers
• Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules
• Raise purchase orders and track dispatch & delivery
• Ensure correct part numbers, specifications, and quality
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for stock availability
• Maintain supplier records, invoices, and purchase reports
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving spare parts

Requirements:

• Any degree / diploma (Automobile / Logistics preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in auto spare parts procurement
• Good knowledge of vehicle spare parts and part numbering
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & inventory systems
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Vendor management
• Inventory & stock planning
• Cost control and price comparison

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
