Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Incharge to handle international imports and inter-state procurement for commercial kitchen equipment and related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international purchasing (imports, vendor coordination, documentation).
  • Manage procurement from other Indian states.
  • Identify and develop reliable suppliers and negotiate prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and stores departments.
  • Maintain purchase records, bills, and compliance documents.
  • Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in international or inter-state purchasing preferred.
  • Knowledge of import procedures, invoices, packing lists, and logistics is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and purchase documentation.
  • Experience in commercial kitchen / fabrication industry is a plus.

Experience:

2–5 years (relevant experience preferred)

Salary:

Best in industry (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
