Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute procurement activities for construction, steel, aluminum, façade, and related materials.

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and supplier agreements.

Coordinate with engineering, site, production, and accounts teams to meet project requirements.

Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules and specifications.

Monitor material quality, quantities, and compliance with approved standards.

Maintain supplier records, comparative statements, and procurement reports.

Follow up on approvals, deliveries, invoices, and payment coordination.

Support centralized/group procurement for all sister companies to optimize cost and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in construction / steel / aluminum / façade procurement.

Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and market pricing.

Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and follow-up.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (construction or related field preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Preferred)
