Procurement Officer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer with solid background in MEP contracting companies to handle sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for MEP materials (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and issue purchase orders
• Coordinate with project, site, and technical teams to ensure material compliance
• Track material delivery schedules and ensure timely supply to sites
• Maintain procurement records, vendor lists, and price databases
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement within MEP contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and local market pricing
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• UAE experience is highly preferred
