Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for company operations while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with project teams.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
  • Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure purchased items meet company specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with finance department regarding invoices and payment processing.
  • Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
