Procurement Officer

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with UAE experience in construction/building materials procurement and strong knowledge of import procedures and international sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source local & international suppliers
• Coordinate and manage imports and customs clearance procedures
• Handle import procurement, shipping, and documentation
• Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
• Work closely with project and site teams

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of UAE procurement experience
• Strong knowledge of imports, logistics, and customs clearance procedures
• Experience in construction, façade, steel, aluminum, or building materials industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
