Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing

Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition to purchase order issuance.

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.

Obtain and analyze quotations and conduct commercial evaluations.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements and timelines.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.

Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement optimization strategies.

Track market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks.

Assist in contract management and framework agreements when applicable.

Prepare procurement reports, savings reports, and spend analysis.

Participate in audits and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Support project teams in sourcing specialized materials or services

Qualifications & Experience

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 Years Of Procurement Or Purchasing Experience.

Knowledge of sourcing, tendering, and contract management processes.

CPP, CPPM, DSCM, CIPS is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical and commercial awareness.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Good understanding of procurement best practices and compliance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Team player with stakeholder management capability.
