Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Officer (Biomass Specialist) to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities related to biomass materials. The role focuses on building strong supplier networks, ensuring quality and cost efficiency, and supporting the company’s sustainability and energy initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for biomass materials (e.g., crop , husk, bagasse).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and biomass availability across different regions.
• Coordinate with field and logistics teams to ensure timely material collection and delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and sustainability protocols.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess biomass quality and suitability for processing.
• Develop long-term partnerships with suppliers and local stakeholders to secure consistent biomass supply chains.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in biomass, renewable energy, or agri-commodities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in vendor management and market assessment.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.

Location:
Multiple locations across Punjab (based on operational requirements).

Salary:
