Procurement Officer Exp in Metal & Aluminum Industry

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with a strong background in the Metal and Aluminum industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure aluminum profiles, steel, glass, hardware, accessories, and related materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Estimation, Production, and Project teams for material planning.
• Maintaining inventory levels and avoid material shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain proper procurement documentation and records.
• Control procurement costs and achieve cost-saving targets.
• Handle import documentation and logistics coordination (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in Metal / Aluminum / Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, metal fabrication materials, and hardware.
• Experience working with UAE suppliers and international vendors.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local and international metal market pricing trends.
• Familiarity with project-based procurement.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
