Procurement Officer – Façade

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Officer with proven experience in the façade industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials related to façade projects while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure façade materials (aluminium profiles, glass, steel, hardware, sealants, etc.).
• Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors within the UAE market.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare comparative statements.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and store teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain supplier database and build strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
• Handle documentation related to procurement and payment processing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the UAE façade/construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of façade materials and suppliers in the UAE market.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
