Procurement officer (F&B)

Conducting research for products, and services between direct and indirect sources.

• Compare, evaluate, and improve price, quality, delivery lead times, services, terms, and conditions.
• Identify local suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery times.
• Preparing Purchase orders, quotes, and other forms needed by your direct manager.
• Meeting with suppliers and vendors to build a healthy sustained long-term business relationship.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure that the company acquires quality goods and
• services at competitive prices.
• Handling the petty cash, submitting a weekly petty cash report and a monthly tracking report of the

• Monitoring deliveries and liaising with sellers and receivers to ensure all goods are received on time.
