Procurement Officer - Glass & Metal Material Experienced

Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of glass and metal materials for fit-out and joinery projects. Ensures cost efficiency, quality compliance, and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

l Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of glass and metal materials.

l Issue purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to meet project requirements.

l Ensure materials meet quality and project specifications.

l Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.

l Collaborate with project teams, site engineers, and warehouse for smooth operations.

l Track procurement costs, ensure budget compliance, and report on procurement activities.

l Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

l Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

l 3–5 years procurement experience in fit-out, joinery, or construction.

l Knowledge of glass, aluminum, steel, and other metal materials.

l Familiarity with UAE suppliers and market practices.

Skills

l Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

l Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.

l Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.

Salary: AED. 5,000 - AED. 8,000
