Procurement Officer – Interior & Fit-Out Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for interior and fit-out materials.
• Prepare and issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and analyze supplier proposals.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage procurement schedules in line with project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to understand material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum [3] years of procurement experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials (joinery, gypsum, flooring, MEP-related materials, finishes, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation and cost analysis skills.
• Familiarity with local suppliers and market rates.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
• Strong supplier network within the local market.
