Procurement Officer (Leather Manufacturing)

Position: Procurement Officer
Experience: Maximum 10 years of relevant procurement experience (Manufacturing, Leather industry is preferred)
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Location: SITE Area, Karachi
Reports To: Assistant Manager / Manager Procurement

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to handle purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials in line with organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sourcing and procurement
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Maintain procurement records and supplier documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with stores, production, maintenance, and accounts departments
• Capable of handling, organizing, and managing data within the Odoo system

Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Supply Chain / Business preferred)
• Experience: Maximum 10 years of relevant procurement experience (Manufacturing ,textile, Leather industry is preferred
• Strong vendor and supplier coordination skills
• Proficient in Odoo systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
