Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
• Ensure materials and services are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs
• Manage inventory levels and forecast future supply requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, etc.]) 2-3 Years experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Arabic-speaking candidate preferred
• Male candidate preferred
• Must be available to join immediately
