Procurement Officer | UAE

Amaken is currently recruiting a Procurement Officer for a leading fit-out and interior contracting company in the UAE. This role is critical in sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement to support fast-paced fit-out projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in procurement roles
• Strong experience in fit-out, interior contracting, or joinery projects
• Good knowledge of materials used in fit-out (wood, marble, glass, hardware, etc.)
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
• Strong understanding of market pricing, lead times, and logistics
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and projects simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Previous experience within the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred
