Procurement OfficerProcurement / Purchase Executive cum Manager

• Identify and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for construction and industrial engineering projects.
• Negotiate purchase terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Visit project sites periodically to inspect received materials, verify physical stock, and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Monitor and reconcile material movement between stores, vendors, and project locations.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast material requirements and prevent shortages.
• Maintain procurement documentation, supplier evaluation records, and stock tracking data.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical materials in coordination with logistics and planning teams.
• Participate in vendor audits, performance evaluation, and quality verification visits.
• Support Head Office in procurement budgeting, reporting, and process optimization.
• Comply with company quality standards, safety norms, and procurement procedures.
