Procurement Operations Associate

Position - Procurement Operation Manager

Education - Any Degree

Experience - Minimum 2 years and above

Healthcare industry will be addon

Manage regular import operations processes including demand forecast coordination, order placement, vendor coordination, documentation and customs clearance

Continuously improve systems and processes to keep reducing import costs, while improving import timelines in parallel

Closely engage with international manufacturers across China, Korea and European countries on a day-to-day basis, to build deeper supplier relationships

Identify and evaluate new manufacturers as necessary, when launching products in new categories, through Alibaba and other sources

Work closely with finance teams to manage payment processes, and to ensure proper documentation for imports

Collaborate with legal, compliance and finance teams as necessary, to ensure perfect compliance for all imports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
